What We Do
The CDC-Lesotho office focuses on providing support for TB/HIV care and treatment, improving health information systems, increasing laboratory capacity, preventing mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), and HIV counseling and testing (HCT). This support is provided in close partnership with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MoHSW) and its implementing partners.
CDC provides ongoing support and technical assistance to the MoHSW on diagnosis, treatment, and management of TB, multidrug-resistant (MDR) TB and TB/HIV.
