Overview

Specific-Purpose Modules are containers for specific kinds of content and navigation controls, such as â€œOn this Pageâ€ links or Navigation Buttons.Â EachÂ module isÂ intended to meet specific content display needs and may be indicated for use on either home pages only or content pages only. Specific-Purpose Modules have predefined layouts and often include a group of user-interface controls. The format and style depends on the module selected.

Multi-Page

Support navigation across a set of related pages that are typically viewed in order, such as a publication or manual

Navigation Buttons

Support navigation to the primary content areas of the site

On This Page/Top of Page

Support the display of anchor links to specific content sections within the same page (On this Page) or to the top of the same page (Top of Page)

Photo Box Set

Support navigation to the primary content areas of the site or featuring a small number of specific content items

Get Email Updates (GovDelivery)

Short form that allows site users to subscribe to email updates for a specific topic using the GovDelivery subscription service

4th Level Navigation

Supports the display of links to pages beyond the 3rd level in the left navigation and should only be use for a small number of pages after information architecture changes have been considered
