Standard Feature Area (Jumbotron)

This page demonstrates the standard feature area at the top.  Note the following:

• The visual is a jumbotron with text overlay on the left, large overlay padding, and standard overlay margin.
• In page Display Options, the breadcrumbs and share icons have been hidden as well as the section navigation menu for mobile viewports.
• The feature area is in the gray space above the page body.  Compare this approach with the placement of a jumbotron in the page body as shown in the “winter” and summer home pages.
