CDC’s Division of STD Prevention, Program Development and Quality Improvement Branch, originally developed the below set of documents for applicants to PS19-1901 STD PCHD, to provide additional clarification of strategies outlined in that NOFO and to support program implementation. The content of each does not represent additional NOFO requirements nor official CDC recommendations. These resources have been reviewed and updated by the Division of STD Prevention for STD PCHD recipients to use as they implement their strategies and activities.
