YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) provides arthritis-appropriate, CDC-recommended physical activity programs in these states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, Washington, Wyoming.

National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) provides arthritis-appropriate, CDC-recommended physical activity programs, through local parks, in these states: Alabama, Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia.

State Health Departments, collaborate with partners to provide arthritis-appropriate, CDC-recommended physical activity and self-management education programs in these states: California, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah.
