Lifestyle Management Program Descriptions

Many arthritis appropriate, evidence-based interventions (AAEBIs), or lifestyle management programs, are available to help treat and manage arthritis and related conditions. CDC reviews interventions for their appropriateness for treating and managing arthritis, evidence-based effectiveness, and readiness for implementation. The program descriptions in this section cover CDC’s recommended and promising lifestyle management programs. You and your organization can use these program descriptions to decide which intervention is the best fit for you or your target population.

You can find a full list of the CDC-recommended and promising interventions on the Lifestyle Management Programs for Arthritis page.
