Timed-Entry Reservations
Group Size: Up to 10 people
What to Expect
All visitors must make advanced reservations. Visitors without a reservation will not be allowed entrance into the museum. Every individual within a group of 10 people or fewer will have to make a separate reservation.
Free timed-entry reservations are for individuals to independently explore the exhibitions at their own pace. You can experience the Global Symphony, the current temporary exhibition and The Story of CDC exhibition.
How to
- Book your reservation for each individual in your party. The reservation is confirmed by e-mail. Bring confirmation email(s) on day of visit.
- The following information is required while making each person’s reservation:
- Visitors to provide first, middle, and last name
- Visitors 18 and over will also need to submit:
- Date of birth
- Citizenship (Select U.S. or Non-U.S. Citizen)
- Government-issued valid (not expired) REAL ID number or passport number
