Reducing Rates of Cesarean Delivery in Rural US Communities: A Systematic Review of Interventions and Approaches to Care

This flowchart shows that first, 507 studies were identified by searching 4 databases: 382 PubMed, 83 Web of Science, 25 CINAHL, and 17 Cochrane Library. Next, 435 studies were screened after removing duplicates by Rayyan. Next, 420 studies were excluded; 15 studies were retrieved and assessed for eligibility; 7 studies were excluded (2 wrong outcome, 5 wrong population); and 1 study was retrieved through citation chasing. Nine studies were included in the final review.
