A 26th question, to self-identify the health care provider’s specialty, was answered by 4,566 health care providers. The final study population was 4,395, which was a limited cohort of health care providers with particular specialties of interest. For feedback questionnaire analysis, there were 2,072 health care providers who answered at least 1 optional postactivity question.
