EIS Celebrates its 70th Anniversary Virtually

While the 2021 EIS conference is canceled, we are planning a virtual celebration for the 70th anniversary of the EIS program. In recognition of this major milestone, we invite anyone interested in attending the EIS 70th Anniversary Celebration via webinar on June 4, 2021 from 1:00-3:30 p.m. ET. CDC Director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, will provide opening remarks. CDC Principal Deputy Director, Dr. Anne Schuchat will introduce former CDC Director Dr. Bill Foege as the Langmuir lecturer. The event will also include a panel discussion with EIS alumni, an awards ceremony, special video tributes, and more.
