The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program is working to resolve a telehealth claims processing issue that dates back to a system update from February 1, 2026. The issue that caused the problems with telehealth claims has been fixed as of May 29, 2026 and all newly filed telehealth claims should be processed as usual.

Claims that have been denied due to this issue should see payments no later than June 12, 2026. Claims that were paid an incorrect reimbursement rate will be adjusted and payment should be sent no later than June 18, 2026.
