ORIGINAL RESEARCH — Volume 14 — November 30, 2017
This flowchart shows that from 50 states and the District of Columbia, 33 states were eligible to be randomized into the intervention or control arm. After pairing, 12 states were randomized. Participants were surveyed at baseline in 6 intervention states and 6 control states (n = 580). Post-intervention surveys were conducted at 18 to 24 months after initial multiday training.
