13. Date of last other pregnancy outcome

The date that the last pregnancy that did not result in a live birth ended.

Includes pregnancy losses at any gestational age.

Examples: spontaneous or induced losses or ectopic pregnancy.

If applicable, enter the month and year.

If date information is incomplete, enter all parts of the date that are known. Enter “unknown” for any parts of the date that are missing. Do not estimate or guess a date.
