How to Complete a V-safe Health Check-In

How to Complete Your V-safe Health Check-In

During the first week after you register, V-safe will send you a text message or email each day to ask how you are feeling. Then, V-safe will send a text or email once a week for up to 6 weeks. If you enroll in V-safe for the maternal RSV vaccine (Abrysvo), check-ins will continue until you report that you have delivered or report that you are no longer pregnant.

  1. When you receive a V-safe health check-in email or text message on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, click the link and complete the survey when you’re ready. Health check-ins should take less than 5 minutes to complete but the link will expire at 11:59 p.m. the same day.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete your health check-in.

You will not be able to make changes to your survey once it has been submitted.

  • Daily health check-ins expire at 11:59 p.m. local time on the day you receive the link.
  • Weekly health check-ins expire at 11:59 p.m. local time on day 6 after you receive the link.

Once a health check-in has expired, it is no longer available for completion. However, if you experience any symptoms or reactions following vaccination, please report them to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
