Statement from Express Scripts on Removal of Kroger from Network of Pharmacies

Express Scripts recently announced that effective January 1, 2023, Kroger Pharmacies and its affiliates will no longer be part of their network of pharmacies. World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program members affected by this pharmacy network change should have received a letter from Express Scripts with information on alternate in-network pharmacy options within their area, including home delivery.
What to do if you are impacted by this change:
- WTC Health Program members can call the Express Scripts Member Services at 1-800-935-7179 or use the Express Scripts Member Portal, to identify in-network pharmacies, which may include home delivery for qualifying members.
- Once a member identifies a new in-network pharmacy, the member can contact that new pharmacy to have all prescriptions transferred from Kroger or have new prescriptions sent directly to the new pharmacy from their provider.
