The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program awarded the Comprehensive Cost Avoidance (CCA) contract to incumbent Healthcare Management Solutions on September 28, 2026. This 5‑year award supports the Program’s ongoing efforts to recover funds through Workers’ Compensation Recoupment and Coordination of Benefits recovery. The contract also helps the Program prevent improper or unnecessary payments by ensuring accurate Other Health Insurance information and strengthening Fraud, Waste, and Abuse detection activities.
