Heart Disease Death Rates, Hispanics Ages 35+

Geographic Patterns: Heart Disease Death Rates for 2018 through 2020 for Hispanics Aged 35 Years and Older by County. The map shows that concentrations of counties with the highest heart disease death rates – meaning the top quintile – are located primarily in Hawaii, Texas, and New Mexico.  Pockets of high-rate counties also were found in parts of Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Montana, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Florida and California.
