Ordering Printed Publications

Resource constraints have required that NCHS limit the free distribution of cd-roms and printed publications. Single copies are available at no cost as long as the supplies last. Order available copies using CDC-INFO on Demand

Most of our printed publications published since late 1994 are available on the web in electronic format using Adobe Acrobat .PDF (TM) file format. We have furnished a free viewer for them and they can be viewed and downloaded directly from the Products page of this website.
