REACH Publications
Publications on this page are related to the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) program. The REACH program focuses on reducing chronic disease for specific racial and ethnic groups in urban, rural, and tribal communities with high disease burden. Since 1998, REACH communities have generated more than 300 publications and 6,000 citations in approximately 100 countries.
