System for Award Management (SAM)
SAMexternal icon is the system for registering to do business with the US government, searching for assistance listings and contract opportunities, and accessing publicly available contract award data.
Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System
The Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS)external icon is a reporting tool developed by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Grants and Acquisition Policy and Accountability (OGAPA). The TAGGS database is a central repository for grants awarded by the eleven HHS Operating Divisions and tracks obligated grant funds at the transaction level.
USASpending.govexternal icon, sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget, is a searchable site that includes the following for each federal award: the name of the entity receiving the award; award amount; information on the award including transaction type, funding agency, etc.; location of the entity receiving the award; and a unique identifier of the entity receiving the award.
