*Total Not Pass includes infants who did not pass hearing screen (60,824) and infants who missed hearing screen due to being sent straight to diagnostic evaluation (2,746).

There are infants diagnosed with no hearing loss. However they are not captured in the HSFS under the Diagnostic Data section.
