If you can’t find an answer or solution and you still need help using Epi Info™; or to report a problem with any of the Epi Info™ programs, please visit our Service Desk to submit a request for support.
First, You’ll Need an Account
To browse the Epi Info™ Community Questions and Answers site, or to submit a Service Desk request, you first need to have an account. You can sign up for a free account by going to: Create Account for the Epi Info™ Service DeskExternal (https://epiinfo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/signupExternal)
You’ll need to provide your email address in order to get a custom link to set your password.
Next, You’ll Need to Log In
After your account is set up, or if you already have an account, then you’ll need to sign in with your email address and password. To sign into your Epi Info™ Service Desk account, you can go here: Log In To Epi Info™ Service DeskExternal (https://epiinfo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/loginExternal).
When you successfully log in, you’ll see the main Customer Portal page.
To visit the Epi Info™ Community Questions and Answers knowledge base, click the link near the top that says “https://epiinfo.atlassian.net/wiki/questions” Note: You must be logged in to see the page or you may get a response that says “Access denied”.
If you receive a page that says “Access denied”, then click the log in button at the lower left corner to log into your account.
