In the report "Prevalence of Abnormal Lipid Levels Among Youths --- United States, 1999--2006," the first footnote of Table 2 on page 32 should read as follows: * Low-density lipoprotein (high = LDL-C ≥130 mg/dL); high-density lipoprotein (low = HDL-C ≤35 mg/dL); high triglycerides (≥150 mg/dL) levels.
