The purpose of these meetings is to discuss NIOSH's role under Part B of the EEOICPA. Both meetings will be identical in format and information. Holding two meetings provides an
opportunity for energy workers and others interested in this information to attend whichever meeting

for others who may also be interested in attending. Attendance at these meetings is voluntary and
will not affect individual claims filed under Parts B or E of EEOICPA.
