HIV Diagnoses Among Gay & Bisexual Men 2014. Silhouette of a female and male figure. 9,731, total HIV diagnoses among young people (13-24). Of all diagnoses in youth, 80% were among young gay and bisexual men. Of all diagnosed young gay/bi men, 55% were black, 23% were latino, 16% were white.
