Works to deliver proven public health strategies to help deliver arthritis interventions, improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and prevent chronic diseases. Arthritis funding includes 12 states. SPAN, HOP, and REACH funding includes 17 states, 50 tribal and community organizations, and 16 land-grant universities.
