This Travelers’ Health Alert Notice (T-HAN) is given to all international travelers arriving at a U.S. port of entry. The T-HAN directs travelers to a webpage with more information in multiple languages on self-monitoring, symptoms of COVID-19, testing recommendations, and what to do if they have symptoms or test positive.
