Exercises for each phase are recommended.

Emergency Phase starts with the outbreak and includes:

  • Activation
  • Pre-Deployment

The Deployment phase includes:

  • Communication and Reporting
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Team Evolution and Demobilization

This phase concludes with Post-Deployment.
