Provider Survey Component

Restricted data

Researchers can access restricted 2025 NAMCS Provider Survey Component data through the Research Data Center at the National Center for Health Statistics. Note that 2025 was considered a pilot year for the NAMCS Provider Survey Component. Consequently, these data are unweighted and will not allow for national estimates. No visit-level data were collected in 2025; only provider-level data are available. The survey was conducted with physician associates only in 2025, and a single file is available.
