Data Matters: Immunization
The health of a population is supported by strong health systems. In order to allocate resources and make strategic decisions around health services, governments need reliable, high quality data.
Planning health programs without high quality information to drive decision making is like trying to finish a puzzle with only a few pieces.
That is one of the reasons that 1 in 5 children worldwide miss out on the basic immunization package – and likely other primary health services.
Reliable, high quality data – all the puzzle pieces – and strategic use of this information are key to reaching every child.
Let’s complete the puzzle and close the immunization gap.
Better information. Better decisions. Better programs. Better health for all.
