The Weekly COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard is designed to share preliminary weekly in-season COVID-19 vaccination information, including vaccination coverage estimates and intent for vaccination, using a variety of data sources including telephone surveys, healthcare claims databases, electronic medical records, and immunization information systems (IISs). The Dashboard will be updated weekly as new data become available. These estimates might differ from estimates that could be published after the end of each season using different analytic methods or based on data sources not available during the season. Data Summary

Data Updates

Data updates are schedule each Wednesday during 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. ET. Data, visuals, and/or features may be changing and may not match their final state during this time.

COVID-19 vaccination coverage for children 6 months─17 years is based on data from CDC’s National Immunization Survey–Flu (NIS-Flu) which are based on parental report. Data and charts are available.

  • As of December 6, 2025, 7.1% (95% Confidence Interval: 5.8%─8.5%) of children were reported to be up to date with the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine.
    • 7.2% (5.5%─8.9%) of children had a parent who reported they definitely planned to get their child vaccinated.
  • Reported receipt of the COVID-19 vaccine varied by child's age, mother's education, poverty status, urbanicity, presence of a medical condition, and jurisdiction.

The summaries for the 2025─26 season will be populated as the data become available throughout the fall/winter.

COVID-19 vaccination coverage estimates among adults 18 years and older are based on data from CDC’s National Immunization Survey–Fall Respiratory Virus Module (FRVM), which are based on respondent self-report. Data and charts are available.

  • As of December 6, 2025, 15.3% (95% Confidence Interval: 14.3%─16.3%) of adults reported having received the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine.
    • 10.8% (9.4%─12.3%) reported they definitely will get a vaccine.
  • Vaccination coverage varied by age, health insurance status, poverty status, race and ethnicity, sex, urbanicity, and jurisdiction.

The summaries for the 2025─26 season will be populated as the data become available throughout the fall/winter.

COVID-19 vaccination coverage among Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries 65 years and older is assessed using data files from the Medicare Fee-For-Service administrative claims data managed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Data and charts are available.

  • As of September 27, 2025, an estimated 4.4% of Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries 65 years and older were vaccinated.
  • Vaccination coverage was highest among non-Hispanic White (4.6%) beneficiaries and lowest among Hispanic (1.5%) beneficiaries.

IQVIA measures COVID-19 vaccinations administered at retail pharmacies and American Medical Association (AMA) physicians’ medical offices for adults 18 years and older, based on healthcare claims data. Data and charts are available with estimates available overall and by select age.

  • For the 2025–26 season, as of November 22, 2025:
    • An estimated ~16.75 million doses of the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine were administered in retail pharmacies.
    • An estimated ~1.53 million doses of the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine were administered in physicians' medical offices.
