The Share With Partners feature in the COVE Editor allows you to get a code snippet to embed in another page. You can use this feature to allow partners to embed your visualization on their site.
Share with Partners
- Share with Partners: Open the embed workflow so partners can add this visualization to their website.
- Get Embed Code: Open the share modal and generate the embed code snippet for partner use.
- Preview Visualization Tab: Preview how the embedded visualization will appear to partners before sharing.
- Filter Settings: If eligible filters are available, set default filter values and choose whether each filter is hidden in the embed.
- Get Embed Code Tab: View and copy the final embed code to share with partners.
- Saved Visualization Requirement: Embed code is only available after the visualization has been saved and has a published permalink.
- Filter Requirement: If the visualization or dashboard has filters, every filter must have a query string parameter before embed code can be generated.
- Embed Code: The generated code includes a COVE embed container and the helper script needed to render and resize the embedded visualization.
