1M. bovis cases were defined predominantly by spoligotyping results with missing spacers 3, 9, 16, and 39–43 or by microbiologic expertise. Data exclude 45 cases of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin M. bovis, which have x, y, or z in the second MIRU position.
