NTSS Data Request Form

The National TB Surveillance System (NTSS) contains data reported to CDC using a standard case report called the Report of Verified Case of Tuberculosis (RVCT). Aggregate data tables, maps, charts, and other summaries previously published are accessible on the CDC’s public website for Data and Statistics, including the TB Surveillance Annual Report, the Online Tuberculosis Information System (OTIS) and the NCHHSTP AtlasPlus. Before submitting a data request for NTSS data, please consult these sources.

The current RVCT instructional manual can be found online by accessing the following link here which includes guidance on the variables collected. *Aggregate data are generated by the Surveillance Team and provided to the requestor. Line-level data is restricted and is not available through an NTSS Data Request.
