Requirements

- All Recommendation Forms are due from your recommenders.
November 2026-January 2027
- PHIFP screens applications for eligibility and quality.
January-February 2027
- CDC host sites contact and interview PHIFP applicants.
February-March 2027
- CDC host sites make final selections.
- Applicants are notified of their status.
March-July 2027
- CDC onboards selected candidates.
August 2027
- Selected candidates begin their CDC assignments.
September 2027
- New fellows complete a 2-week orientation with PHIFP staff.
