Opioids

Hello, We are the  Collaborating Center for Questionnaire Design and Evaluation Research (CCQDER). We are a division in the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS). NCHS is a statistical government agency that provides information on our nation’s health. This is information is gathered by surveys on various health topics. Before those surveys are sent across the country, CCQDER tests the questions to ensure they make sense to the population the survey was designed for.

This summer we are conducting a nation-wide study testing survey questions on pain and prescription pain medication use in the county. If you are interested in the study or would like to know more, please see below.

As advertised The National Center for Health Statistics is looking for adults aged 18 and over who have taken:
• Prescription Pain Relievers
• Pain Medication
• Opioid Pain Relievers
In the past 30 days or 12 months.

The survey research interview will be no longer than 60 minutes and participants will receive $40 in cash.

If you are interested in participating please call into the number on the advertisement. When calling leave the following information:  1) your name, 2) a phone number, and 3) what pain medication you have taken.
