Research Participants

CCQDER frequently needs participants for research projects being conducted for the federal government. This page contains information about studies that are currently seeking participants.

For each project listed, please only call ONCE. Calling more than once will not increase your chances of being selected to participate. Thank you very much for your interest in participating!

Open projects:


This project asks questions about household members and is open to adults aged 18 and older who have difficulties seeing, hearing, walking, remembering or concentrating, giving self-care, and/or communicating, or parents of children aged 2-17/adults who have any of those difficulties.

Adults with Intellectual or developmental difficulties

Open to adults aged 18 or over who have intellectual difficulty or need support with things like doing errands, making decisions, or learning new things.

Physician opioid:

Open to practicing physicians who have prescribed opioids and/or who have experience in pain management. We would like to talk to physicians in various sub-specialties including general practice, internal medicine, neurology, anesthesiology, internal medicine, rheumatology, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics and geriatric medicine.
