This publication, released in 2008, presents key questions and methods to help program developers, planners and evaluators use the framework in their work on caregiving. It offers case examples in which the RE-AIM framework is applied to a caregiver intervention program and a policy intervention; and suggests additional resources for those interested in pursuing the use of RE-AIM for caregiver support programs and policies.
The Healthy Brain Initiative: A National Public Health Road Map to Maintaining Cognitive Health Cdc-pdf[PDF–2.6M]
