CDC’s Preventive Medicine Residency and Fellowship Program is no longer accepting new residents to the program. The program will close July 1, 2024. For historical information about the program, please visit the CDC Archive.
The final two Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds will be presented on December 6, 2023 and June 5, 2024.

Since 1972, PMR/F has developed public health leaders skilled in program evaluation, management, policy, and population health improvement. The PMR/F experiences strengthen participants’ abilities to bridge medicine and public health, preparing graduates for leadership roles at the domestic and global levels.
