VTrckS Update

As we bid a fond farewell to summer and welcome in the cool fall breezes, let us take a moment to reflect on what a productive and exciting summer it has been for VTrckS. To date, all grantees have now transitioned to using VTrckS to submit and manage their vaccine spend plans and 22 grantees have transitioned to full VTrckS for ordering and management of their vaccine business processes. A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who helped make this transition to spend plan, vaccine management, or both, so successful. Your collaboration, dedication, and hard work have been instrumental in making this strategic endeavor a success, and have set the pace going forward as grantees continue to deploy onto full VTrckS over the coming months.

The Wyoming Department of Health’s Immunization Program transitioned to full VTrckS functionality in June and shared their experience:

“The transition to using our registry for online ordering has increased our efficiency and productivity and saved our program countless hours. Our monthly ordering period has been cut in half and providers are receiving their vaccines in a matter of days, rather than weeks. After anticipating the VTrckS transition for so long, we are thankful to have broken through the barrier and are happy to be on the other side.”
