Public Health and Safety Team (PHAST) Toolkit

This document provides guidance for data-driven overdose response coordination among public health, criminal justice, law enforcement, and first responders. The Public Health and Safety Team (PHAST) Toolkit was developed to assist city, county, or municipal public health and public safety agencies interested in working collaboratively to reduce overdose deaths.
