The NAMCS Health Center Component (HCC) has randomly selected a nationally representative sample of health centers that provide health care services to the public and have an electronic health record (EHR) system. Participation in this survey informs the public about care delivery at health centers and guides program and policy decisions to improve our nation’s health.

Your health center can receive a set-up fee of up to $10,000 to assist with preparing and submitting EHR data.
