The Ambulatory Care list (ACLIST) disseminates information about National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) and National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NHAMCS) activities, products, and release dates.
How to subscribe
Subscribe using one of these two options:
1. Send an email message to list@cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste “subscribe ACLIST ‘your name’” where ‘your name’ is your first and last name.

2. Fill out and submit a subscription request form through the NCHS listservs webpage. You should receive an email notification of your subscription.
