The National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) Health Center Component monitors our nation’s health by collecting critical data on health centers, providers, and patient visits. Participation is important because without your contribution, health centers like yours would not be represented in the national description of health centers. Your center was randomly chosen to represent hundreds of other health centers in your geographic region.

Participation is voluntary but extremely important. As always, your data are confidential.
