AIP Priority Areas

AIP is an established, successful research station based in Anchorage, Alaska. AIP focuses its research on priority areas that are of regional importance. These priority areas include:

Focusing on these priority areas allows AIP to achieve its mission of preventing infectious diseases in the Arctic and sub-Arctic. These research priorities also provide a platform for strong partnerships, which combine CDC subject-matter expertise with local knowledge and community involvement.
