Together, CDC’s Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics (CFA) and National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) released the first jurisdiction-level estimates of disease spread for COVID-19 and Influenza to support public health officials in preventing infections.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics announces the first funding opportunity to 13 national primary awardees to participate in Insight Net. This is a national network of innovators, integrators and implementers, focused on developing powerful tools for public health decision makers so that they can better understand the trajectory of the next outbreak.
