CDC works to provide communities and service providers with tools and resources to educate key audiences about the latest and most effective ways to provide HIV prevention and care services.
Current toolkits include:
A one-stop shop for social media content on HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and anti-stigma messaging
Provider-focused resources and materials supporting initial and ongoing client engagement in HIV care and treatment through three key HIV care coordination strategies: patient navigation, care team coordination, and HIV self-management
A technical assistance guide that community-based organizations and other service providers can follow and adapt for their needs when providing HIV prevention services for transgender women of color
