Commit to Change module
Send the link to this module after the first session. The module contains testimonial videos and information about the program’s efficacy, tailored to the participant’s age group. It ends with a pledge that the participant can create with their own personal goals and then sign and print. You also have the option to send a link Pledge 1 by itself.

Get Active module
Send the link to this module after the “Get Active” session. This module contains a quiz, suggested physical activities based on the participant’s preferences, and tailored feedback on the participant’s activity level and readiness to change.

Activity Tracking module
Send the link to this module after the “Track Your Activity” session. This module contains concrete steps that encourage participants to track physical activity and options to select everyday activities to meet the weekly 150-minute physical activity goal.

Eat Well module
Send the link to this module after the “Eat Well” session. This module includes reminders of steps to adopt better eating habits, responses to participants’ excuses for not eating healthier, and tips for choosing healthier food at home or out.

Food Tracking module
Send the links to this module and pledge after the “Track Your Food” session. This module includes a rationale for keeping a food log to double weight loss and a tool to choose a personalized way to improve food tracking. Participants can create a new personalized pledge to stay committed to their goals. You also have the option to send a link Pledge 2 by itself.

Take a Fitness Break module
Send the link to this module after the “Take a Fitness Break” session. This module offers interactions that allow participants to practice quick exercises in the moment, along with tips and encouraging messages to help them overcome barriers and work those activities into their daily lives.

Managing Stress module
Send the link to this module after the “Managing Stress” session. This module allows participants to experiment with and practice healthy ways to cope with stress, including a brief guided meditation exercise and easy stretches for relaxation.

Coping with Triggers module
Send the link to this module after the “Coping with Triggers” session. This module contains tips for how to avoid or manage unavoidable triggers, identify triggers (environmental and emotional), and participant reactions that may lead to unhealthy eating.

Support module
Send the link to this module after the “Get Support” session. This module contains suggestions for how to find social support for positive changes and a Support Action Plan that participants can tailor and print.

Eat Well Away from Home module
Send the link to this module after the “Eating Well Away from Home” session. This module will prepare participants to eat away from home outside of their daily routine by focusing on choices before they go, in the moment, and after the fact.

Stay Motivated module
Send the links to this module and pledge after the “Stay Motivated to PreventT2” session. This module includes tailored suggested for steps to stay motivated and ideas for beating self-defeating thoughts. Participants can create a new personalized pledge to stay committed to their goals. You also have the option to send a link Pledge 3 by itself.

When Weight Loss Stalls
Send the link to this module after the “Take a Fitness Break” session. This module encourages participants to pause and reflect on experiences, reset goals, and refresh daily routines to stay motivated on their weight loss journey. A direct link to Pledge 2 is included to encourage them to take the extra step to recommit.

Check In and Keep Going module
Send the link to this module several weeks after the end of the 16 weekly sessions. This module includes habits of people who reach their goals, reminders to continue tracking and seeking support, and an encouraging send-off.

Get Back on Track module
Send the link to this module after the “Get Back on Track” session. This module will help participants get back on track by offering possible solutions, a step-by-step plan, and encourage them to stay positive to continue their journey.
