2026 mPINC survey

The 2026 mPINC survey will close on September 10th, 2026

We have reached out to contacts at all maternity care hospitals. Contacts at hospitals that have been screened and deemed eligible have been sent an email with a link to complete the survey. Hospitals must complete their survey to receive a Hospital Report and be included in state, regional, and national level data. If a hospital has not yet received a link to complete the survey or has other questions, please email mPINC@cdc.gov.

Hemos contactado a personas en todos los hospitales que brindan servicios de maternidad. Se ha enviado un correo electrónico con un enlace para completar la encuesta a los contactos de hospitales que han sido evaluados y considerados elegibles. Los hospitales deben completar su encuesta para recibir un Informe Hospitalario y ser incluidos en los datos a nivel estatal, regional y nacional. Si un hospital aún no ha recibido el enlace para completar la encuesta o tiene otras preguntas, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a  mPINC@cdc.gov.

PDF documents available for download are for informational purposes only and should not be used to submit data. No paper copies of the survey will be accepted during survey administration.

During survey administration, CDC's contractor, Abt Global, contacts hospitals and provides a link to complete the mPINC survey. Visit the Methods page for more information. Hospitals do not need to contact CDC or their contractor unless they receive the survey link and have questions.
