2026 mPINC survey

CDC is preparing for the launch of the 2026 mPINC survey. Browse the mPINC webpages linked below to learn:

PDF documents available for download are for informational purposes only and should not be used to submit data. No paper copies of the survey will be accepted during survey administration.

During survey administration, CDC's contractor, Abt Global, contacts hospitals and provides a link to complete the mPINC survey. Visit the Methods page for more information. Hospitals do not need to contact CDC or their contractor unless they receive the survey link and have questions.
