Summary This study sought to further characterize the association between vigorous physical activity (VPA) during adolescence and early adulthood and receiving an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) diagnosis. Linear regression estimates suggest a positive association between VPA before age 35 and receiving an ALS diagnosis.
